Not sure where you are seeing a ton of this in Eastern Oregon?

From their perspective, I imagine too many flakes results in a deposit mode of business. Unfortunately, it is rife for scams as well.

Is there any in eastern? Been looking but they all seem fake, closest ok ones won't come up from Boise.

What's going on with all these service providers wanting advances, when did this happen I must have been out for too long?.
