Being a regular works very well when you are working directly with a long term provider. It doesn't work that well when you are working with the owner who has frequent change over. I actually get subpar service by knowing the owner because the girls think they have to follow the house rules. That's been my experience. YMMV.

A couple weeks ago I called Empire and asked if Lynda was there that day. Was told yes and set a time. Show up and Daisy answers the door. Told her I had appt with Linda. She says Linda not here, maybe come later. I take good care of you. I say thanks but no thanks and leave. I chock it up to it being Empire.
