From my experience, nothing other than a HE. You're lucky that you got UTC as I've had HE, OTC and self-service. They keep it clean in that town. Brighton has places in apartments. But, it's hard to keep up as the numbers and ads keep changing. I've always gotten a good massage and relaxing HE. I couldn't ask for anything more. I always leave happy.

I have been to oasis for six times, no language barrier, but I have only got HE and upper nude. Not sure if that is what UTC means. I tried to give higher tip, but still didn't work. Tried four masseuse for the same results. I did have a conversation with them, seems that they only hire people up to HE. Anyway, YMMV.

So, I came here yesterday. I called ahead but there was no response. I parked across the street at the metered parking spot. I strolled across the street and walked up the steps and rang the buzzer. After about 1 or 2 minutes, a 40 something, short, stubby dark haired mamasan opens the door and says "You make appointment"? I say "no". I told her I had called 20 minutes earlier and no one answered the phone. She looked puzzled and said. "You come back, 10 minutes". I said, "ok" and then left.
