Once again, it's all about timing. If you had reached out to Sammy a minute before or after, you may not have gotten a response. I have called a few girls, that I have never seen before, and they will respond immediately. Less than 5 minutes. At the same time, I have attempted to call my former regulars and only gotten a response several hours later. Sometimes, it's the following day when they respond.

After mongering for 5 years, I also understand why 99% of these girls need a handler. They cannot manage their time or money. I too am not a fan of car dates and believe it or not, this was my first and only car date with a provider.
