I am a long time regular of hers (a few years now). It most likely means she is not actively checking her work messages so I would advise to keep trying. Drag and drop should have worked according to the instructions with TinEye (below). I usually use TinEye or Google images search, but I do Copy and Paste. I found her pictures all over on Google images search. Sorry my previous post should have read, Reverse Search not Reserve.

Use the 'Yandex' reverse image search instead.
