I'm pretty familiar with Higganum and couldn't see any girls running business out of that town. They'd stick out way too much and its super out of the way.

I also doubt a girl would work out of there, but I also don't think it's LEO. I'm pretty sure that town doesn't even have a police dept. , only a resident trooper.
