My guess would be to try at the county level. If you know what County she worked in or may have gotten pinched in, then do a Google search of the county name and mugshots to see what hits you get. I used to check Miami-Dade's site to see if any of the South Beach SWs I knew got picked up on occasion. My theory was if they get on LEO's radar I need to avoid being seen talking to them in my car, so I would keep an eye on who got picked up. You could also Google the county for recent arrests to see what turns up.

Your absolutely correct about rates and GPS all over and not just in Orlando / Central Florida but in Brevard and Indian River as well.
