I was able to confirm the story is true, but a bit misleading. My comments on incentives were and are spot on. This fellow is as much to blame for the loss as she is. Cait isn't blameless, but I think a majority of legitimate providers in this situation would have acted similarly.

I at one time had texted conversations about getting together and frankly from those conversations I believe she did this. And as I left my feelings about our conversations one of her white night had the nerve to tell me because of mine and another's bad review she was taking about moving to Florida. I'm not completely clear on the details, but it seems that you sent her $65 for an Uber. (Seems like an quite a distance, but whatever.) In this situation, I was guess that upwards of 50% of legitimate providers will ghost you. You've given her a significant (to her) amount of money for doing nothing. I'm not sure what financial arrangement you had set up, but I'm guessing she would've had to commit a significant amount of time given the distance of travel. The incentives for her to fulfill the agreement are all wrong. In her head, the $65 is her money that she would need to spend to come see someone new (and thus risky).

I don't really believe this story, but if it is legitimate you need to spend some time reading the forums. You will find out how the game works. I haven't seen Cait, but this story would not in any way influence my decision as to whether I should see her.

One look at her description and you can obviously tell she's a spammer, her real name is phoung and he's from Thailand. But for real read through the description and if it sounds choppy like they're trying to piece basic English together it's usually a dead giveaway. Scammers most of the time will push for deposits. Watch your pockets youngin or you'll get got.

I prob just experienced the ending of what Spartan wrote in the post before me. I had an appointment with her mid afternoon today, I arrive and let her know I was there.
