Good luck getting a HE at Panda! It has been non-erotic there since Cindy sold it a few years back. You will leave with blue-balls and still wanting a HE.

Lots of options in Vancouver BC. You have to download the ArriveCAN app to your phone and input your passport and Vax card before you go. Within the app you have to state which border crossing and arrival time.
