Can anybody confirm that Baltimore city is or is not prosecuting for prostitution and other minor crimes? A year or two ago they stopped such prosecutions, I'm not aware if that has changed.

I doubt there would be any UC stings if there is no prosecution. Could have been an UC operation for something different.

Had some free time today because of the weather. Strolled BP this morning and ran into Michelle aka ***** (LOL). Picked her up at 5th and washburn.
