Wrong. With MP, GFE doesn't automatically mean BBFS is on the table. MP doesn't really advertise BBFS anymore even if a provider offers it. You just got to ask the provider directly with MP tbh, or just read reviews.

Yeah, unless you've read in reviews that she offers BBFS, MP is a crapshoot. Their Japanese and Korean girls give great service regardless though, so if I see good GFE reviews I'm inclined to go with a provider there.

If I want BBFS, I usually go to BEG. Included in price, no extra haggling required. Like someone else said, you know exactly what you're getting with it so it takes any guessing out of it.
