I don't have any success stories to share, but maybe this will help some others:

I signed up for an account just to poke around a few years back, but didn't pay it much attention because you need to buy credits to do damn near anything on there.

Back in. October or November, I think it was? I got one of their emails, and one of the girls pictured was someone who's been well-reviewed on the Massage board in the past. (Goes by K8, if that rings any bells.) I decided to buy the cheapest block of credits they sold to see if I could get in touch with her and set something up. No dice, unfortunately.
