Can anybody confirm that Baltimore city is or is not prosecuting for prostitution and other minor crimes? A year or two ago they stopped such prosecutions, I'm not aware if that has changed.

I doubt there would be any UC stings if there is no prosecution. Could have been an UC operation for something different.

I'd be surprised if an UC bait girl dressed or acted any differently than the real street hookers. They've seen and talked to the real girls many times, it's no secret that they dress like crap and act like strung out or dope sick junkies.

In BALTIMORE, not any counties surrounding Baltimore, but in BALTIMORE.

The States Attorney is not prosecuting prostitution. Why would police be dedicating time and resources on activity that the office is not prosecuting or interested in? Stings highly unlikely for purpose of prostitution or solicitation charges.

Still need to have some sense about what you do.

S Monroe St & Ramsay St. I tried to pick her but it seems she was waiting for some mongers. After few minutes a car stopped at the intersection and she jumped into it. That car is either her customer who know her in advance or uber ride.

Look how she is staring right at you. She probably didn't want to get in with you because you probably look weird riding around taking pictures. I've noticed other girls staring into the camera in your other pics and word could.

I always kinda wondered what the point was. Girls don't stand in same spot at same time everyday. And I'm sure most here want a report or description of service rather than some random useless pic. I just wonder if it's worth it to ride around taking meaningless pics that don't help the board, but make yourself look like some perverted creep. Saw an older WSW dressed too well to be a SW. Nice leggings, clean hair pulled back nicely with a clip, nice Hoka running shoes, windbreaker and just pacing the corners.

Saw what looked like other UCs converging on her spot for a quick meet.

This was about 1:45 am.

This is a young, short blond on Washington across from the you haul. Seen her a few times and each time she has on a sports bra type of top.

Couldn't sleep so decided to take a drive in the rain. Checked out the circle and it was a ghost town with uncle LEO in a marked vehicle with flashing lights posted. Got the heck out of dodge but stopped at westside shopping center to hit the ATM before heading home. Out of the corner of my eye I spotted a middle age blonde with an umbrella holding her phone. Grabbed the cash, jumped back in the monger mobile and pulled up on her right as our favorite uncle was leaving the area. Name was Christine or Kristen. Looked like she was in late 40's, early 50's.
