I don't think this question is prohibited. If it is, please disregard. I have a friend who would like to open a Relaxation Massage Spa (not therapeutic). I understand this is still legal in Ohio. They are not licensed. Can someone recommend an attorney that can help get necessary approvals for this type shop. PM's please to keep names out of it.

Saw her newish ad and decided to TOFTT. Summary: don't bother. Quoted me 120 for hh, then wanted 150 when I showed up. There is a receptionist answering phones and collecting payment. When I turned to leave, receptionist said that they could do 120. Paid and went into pretty nice room. Got undressed and laid down on table, she came back in and draped me with a bath towel. So, this is the same Wendy that was at Elyria about 2 months ago? I knew a Wendy was working at MSpa just didn't know it was the same gal.

Yes. You Spa in north olstead, elyriaand M spa in lakewood are owned by same woman. She rotates the women through them. Wendy said she will be at location awhile. She just started there in April.
