I completely agree with you on this! My comment was more aimed at the previous post taking about a girl wanting half up front! IF I happen across one that checks most of the boxes, I'd consider like I said maybe $20. If I get ghosted before I ever leave my house than I know I haven't wasted my time driving wherever!
