I get employer contributions to a health savings account that I can basically use on certain approved expenses, one of which is massage therapy if you have a letter of medical necessity from a doctor (basically a prescription) which tbh in Cali I doubt would be that hard to obtain. My question is if there's any way to get a tuggy tug via paying with this benefits credit card without also looking too fucking sketchy.

I own a legit spa and have a lot of people who pay with FSA / HSA cards. Until recently they have always been just like any other credit card. We do t even know it's an HSA card because it's a visa. Apparently, Visa has a new policy that massage isn't an approved FSA or HSA expense. It depends on who the business's merchant service processing company is, but some are now declining FSS and HSA cards and some are not. We received a letter informing us that they would be declined starting April 1, but as of right now they're still going through. So maybe a problem everywhere in the future.

Tried it out. Got a very nice Thai massage. Nice deep pressure, hot stone, stretching etc. But no extras.
