I would say any of the Thai places you see here gives good massage but finding one with HE is tough. And they're not cheap to find out either, an hour cost 80-120 not including tips.

Visiting next weekend and will have a little free time and wanted to get an opinion on which to visit. I have read the reviews for both PW and LTLV and wondered which one I should visit if I only had time for one? Is the quality, value, ease of meeting the same?.

LTLV is a K-agency and PW is an AMP. AMPs are riskier in terms of getting caught, but easier because there's no screening and you can just show up and hope a girl is available. With the K-agencies, you need to get screened, then make an appointment, and then go to an apartment complex. K-agencies are more expensive, but you are theoretically getting better service (BBFSCIP and MSOG possible) whereas with AMPs, it's cheaper but more YMMV.

St. Rose is the name of the large casino-resort way in the very south of the valley as well as St Rose Pkwy. There's a massage place on said parkway on the other side of the street close to said resort.
