I used to be nervous. Now I'm not nervous at all. I get tested several times a year and it's never come up bad. Honestly condom sex is super safe all in all. BBBJ, BBFS, you have to use your judgment (which is often hard in those moments). Syphilis is making a huge comeback, apparently, and you can definitely transmit it via oral sex, so again- use your judgment, discuss with your provider, use your eyes and nose to inform your decision.

Separately- I'd warn you that FS spas are addicting. Right now you're just getting handjobs. You're keeping yourself and your wife / gf about as safe as possible by doing that.
