LTLV is a K-agency and PW is an AMP. AMPs are riskier in terms of getting caught, but easier because there's no screening and you can just show up and hope a girl is available. With the K-agencies, you need to get screened, then make an appointment, and then go to an apartment complex. K-agencies are more expensive, but you are theoretically getting better service (BBFSCIP and MSOG possible) whereas with AMPs, it's cheaper but more YMMV.

So the sign at PW says 24 hours. Two questions: Are they really 24 hours? (I went by last night around 1 am and I didn't see any indication of any light on inside so I just left).

Has anyone gone super late and if so, did you wake someone up and were they still as enjoyable as if you had gone late afternoon / early evening?
