Hello board, I have been using the info in Richmond but not signed up to share. I know I have no credibility yet but wanted to share. If anyone thinking of this one be for warned and proceeded at your own risk. Now to the dream.

Texted for awhile and set up a meeting. When almost there I got a text saying required a 50 deposit before entering the room. That's a red flag so said no go. Texted back would not be required. Get there and told "I am going to crack the door, come on in". I walk in to a dark room with a empty bed.
