About 9:30 am I spotted a WSW on NW 27th Ave and around 89th st wearing short shorts and a tanktop I think her shorts were blue and tank top I think it was pink not sure. This was Sat morning 4/23. Crusing OT and I see a fruitful company, or so I thought. Pulled over by 10th street underpass where she was changing and was Monty naked on the street.
