On the other hand, sometimes LEO is there for other legitimate reasons, like vehicle break ins, theft, etc. I remember similar reports WRT belligerent mongers at other locations.

They basically pulled over mongers as they left and asked them about their activities in the parlor. Some kept their mouth closed while others didn't. They also went through the trash and found napkins with semen. They got probable cause and were granted a warrant to set up undercover cameras which is how they got him on tape.
