In restaurants you give good tips for good service and extra service, and you never pay a tip in advance not knowing the quality of the service. Even with contractors, you never ever pay them in full before the job done. They always consider the job done when they get the last payment. So this concept needs to be brought into the little room too. We can't let these girls run the show. The customer is king.

Never tip in advance and never feel bad about walking out if you have a bad experience. Please don't tolerate the jackhammer treatment or rushing.
