40 for the hour. Girl came in and asked her name. She laughed and paused for about 5-10 seconds. I asked if she forgot her name and asked again. I got Tokyo but she is from China. Even with contractors, you never ever pay them in full before the job done. They always consider the job done when they get the last payment.
