Sorry to be responding to an old post, but I was curious about this topic because this has been on my mind. There was an article where a reporter went "under cover" (both literally and figuratively) to expose OC MP trafficking. So I suspect this kind of article is more a reflection of the current American political culture. That the women are all innocent and victimized. And the bad customers are all to blame. Our local LA / OC girls seem pretty free about giving out their personal phone numbers, and could tell you if they were under duress.

On the other hand, when girls do leave a MP, I would expect they go down the street to get another job, and yet they seem to move pretty far away.
