My experience at MM is that there are no upgrades for upcharges. They offer plenty for the flat rate though.

Just based on how relatively similar the behavior is between the girls there, I believe the management has a pretty strict set of guidelines on what they offer and don't offer. I seriously doubt you are getting bb / cip there.
