Anyone have any luck meeting UTR's at bars? I have talked to women at the bar but never know how to ask if they provide or not?

I ment someone at the bar and exchange numbers. A few days later I text the usual " how are you". She sounded down that bills were late so I asked her how much and told her to forget the bills for a moment and go on a date.
