There seems to be new management but cannot confirm. Zara and other known faces weren't there. There was a young lady at the desk who called for Vanessa and I got some time with her. The Hartford area is not really known for its full service AMPs. It is more of a run and tug region. Although there are a few exceptions. The New Haven, Meriden, and Danbury areas are better spots for that. I would suggest going to Healthy Aroma Spa in Wallingford. Not that long a drive from Hartford and should check all your boxes.
