Do you guys usually tip or stick to the published rates? Curious what best practice is. If tipping then what do you add?

I admit I used to tip before this recession and covid (like $50), but then I realize how they make like $200 an hour a tip really isn't needed (just my opinion). Girls have also told me at different agencies how tipping isn't really required.
