There is no set in stone price but only suggestions that are typical of most places. Most places will not do $. 2 for FS and if you are able to swing that you're going to get what you pay for. Do not, let me repeat DO NOT, haggle down a provider on their cost of service; that is about as sure fire of a way possible to have a bad experience.
