Technically, reverse peepholes are mandatory in Costa Mesa, probably in other cities too. If you look at Costa Mesa's massage ordinance it is literally impossible to operate even a non-sexual establishment there if you follow the law. I know several spa owners in CM, including franchise owners from all of the major chains, and literally none of them follow the law as published. CM requires other things like a minimum 60 W light bulb to be on at all times (no dimmers allowed), and providers wearing police-issued photo I'd badges at all times. So yeah you've probably seen them. I can't imagine much of the stuff in the ordinance is enforced.

Exactly. I'm not sure how Jerry X is getting such better service there. I went to BioLuna / Biotherapy recently to give it a try and saw Natalie. Stay away from Natalie -just about the worst AMP experience I've had.
