How does a business show up on Rubmaps? Does the place choose to be listed or is it just put in by the site?

If its on Watson in South City it's strictly legit everytime I've gone. They have licensed LMT's working there that seemto come and go. If someone has other info on it let me know. It's right near my house and would be exceptionally convenient.
