Red Mountain Massage on Main Street / ApachexTrail just west of Ellsworth in Mesa fits that description. From the couple of times I've been there it's mostly younger Hispanic. You certainly can leave happy but be prepared to negotiate as each gal seems to have her own scale. Enjoy!

I've certainly not helped by giving up $60 and then $140 and sometimes another $20.

Will try to go back to the 180 path and see/report back.
