Hhmm, opposite happened to me as a newbie. Gray was actually my first kgirl agency (Peach3) and it was seamless. I did have an ok-ish HX account though so maybe that helped. Maybe Olivia was the one that decided to decline. Bookers do send the girls your ID and info.
