Yes, but if you don't say anything after the miranda warning, you're going to get dismissed shortly after arraignment. Or they will offer you a civil infraction disorderly conduct just to dump the case and salvage some money out of the whole shtick. Thank you for your posts. I consider this a valuable public service. While I can appreciate how it might help to be able to share a link or screen capture, I can also understand that nobody goes out expecting to get busted. Also, that ad is long gone and they will use something different next time. Some of my take-away lessons are:

Bedtime story made a major major error by talking to the detective after the miranda rights were read. Of course, if his chat log was incriminating and specific, that might have been his reasoning. But never talk to them without an attorney. I've been detained once back in 2014 wouldn't talk to them and they had to let me go after a couple hours of trying to get me to talk. According to another guy from the Cleveland boards he spent 72 hours detained once because he wouldn't talk to them and his chat log wasnt incriminating, he even was undressed and they still had to let him go and he sued the department. Remember this, there is nothing illegal about adults having sex with each other. They have to prove why you were there, don't help them prove that. Unless the john folds it is near impossible for any of these to hold up in court. When I was detained this was before I knew of this board. If you get detained, don't talk to the cops. At all. Besides your name and contact information. They will have to let you go even if your cuffed for a few hours or days. Wish him the best of luck in his case!

All of those are good. The best is number one. If I would stuck with it, the rest doesn't matter. That's why this forum is so important. No matter what manner may be your "style of communication " it's the core of the communication that helps all of us, mongers and providers able to do this. The rest is mitigating the consequences when we make a mistake. I lost my job because of no call / no show. Probably going to cost me about $2 k considering everything. A lot of that could have been spent on some much more entertaining enterprises. Recognizing clues to be able to say wrong room and I need a lawyer and stfu. All mitigation.

1. When you get arrested, the phone is considered evidence and will be immediately confiscated. You will get one call at booking. You will not have access to your phone so know the related parties number by memory.

2. The phone brings its own charge of possession of criminal tools as it was the means of original engagement to the provider. 4th class mid-demeanor.

3. The other charge will be solicitation. Also a 4th class mid-demeanor.

4. Due to the massive amount of intake to the Montgomery County jail, you may not get before a judge for multiple days.

5. Your vehicle will be towed by the sheriffs office but is typically performed by the assisting local LEO of jurisdiction and can be a total fuckery in trying to find whose impound lot and location.

6. Any items that the arresting officers do not want to deal with, such as coat, sunglasses, pocket knives, KEYS, etc. They will place in your vehicle that is being towed. You will not regain possession until they release the vehicle.

After being read the Miranda rights, the detective will want to talk. Basically covering the facts of the case. He didn't know the exact ad posting location and asked if it was Tryst or Eros.

The arrest process took about 30 minutes on site and another 2 hours at booking. During that time the sting bagged 4 more offenders.
