I ended up going here last week after my first choice was closed and my 2nd choice was busy. The first time I went to balance I went for a half hour and was never offered a flip. I stopped in yesterday, needing a decent massage. Sign on the door said "Special rate today", but it was 60 for the hour anyway.

Upon returning from a vacation I decided to try my first federal way parlor as I had stayed in auburn Puyallup and Tacoma up until this point.
