The presser they hold after the fact tends to run well over 30 minutes long where Grady practically goes name by name with the names, address and occupation of the victims. He even uses cute "puns" to shame the unfortunate's situation. There is even a pic of him and his crew holding up practically a life size poster of the victims. Looks like a billboard they are holding. He even keeps the mugs / arrests reports off the public information sites during the operation to not spoil the operation.

I'm pretty sure I've been seeing Rachel posting a lot and I used to see Jessica's ad there too; Not sure why the girls were in Polk County when guys mostly come to them but w.e.Stay Safe.

They offer big dollars for the girls to come to them in Polk County. They make it irresistible to decline. Usually there are several girls snagged from Orlando for that reason. Looks like they found a back door way to get this through. Last minute amendment to Miya's bill for tenant safety.
