Giving this one a pass recommendation based on a number of things. 1. Scheduling. Jerks you around makes you wait. Keeps putting you off and once you get there makes you wait even longer parked in her driveway 2. Pictures are old. Looks worse and heavier 3. Dank carpet stained room with mattress on the floor in room off garage looks like crack house (gross) 4. Sloppy loose hole and not very enthusiastic.
