Got a text from Bobbi at Sun Spa inviting me to try the new girl. After a hot cup of coffee and a little chit chat, I learned Judy is gone. Guess it didn't work out. Met the new girl, Mona. Years ago, and well before I was a member here, I had a lousy experience my first time at VIP. I'm a veteran and (between that and having had cancer) I keep my hair very short. This apparently caused the lady to think I was Uncle LEO and she got me out of there in record time with the worst vanilla massage ever. Sometimes things just go sideways.

What I didn't get was why I could not pay for half hour massage and get extras she was like half hour massage only. In never heard that before. At other places never had this issue.

If you're taking about Orchid on Aurora, it's a FS place. Nearly all FS places are cash only, so it's kinda rookie to not bring cash. It's also much better from a cover-your-ass perspective; it's a good thing if there's no paper trail showing you paid $200 for a $60-$90 massage.

Yelling and being impatient isn't cool though, seems like we need more context. What was she yelling about? What was she being impatient about? Were you pressing her to take a CC?

Also not sure what's wrong with it being dark, I kinda like that unless it seems they're trying to cover up a lack of cleanliness, but orchid has always been really clean when I've been there.

Also took my luck at champ and saw coco and the usual happened.

Yeah, the last 3 times I've gone to Orchid I've wondered why I went. I've seen one gal I thought was pretty-ish but gave a C- CBJ (felt like she was using her teeth), and a couple others who want you to wrap it up immediately! Not relaxing at all. I'd rather get a massage than shitty FS.

Yss I did a couple times. They say no and won't tell me her schedule. Guessing she moved on.

Anne's (now Kings), VIP, and Euro all have had a rep for BBFS for a very long time. When I came into that scene in the mid-90's Anne's and Euro already offered it.

Around the same time there were several shops in Renton that also offered uncovered services. There was one long-gone store on Grady way that had pretty young things, a room with a futon for an extra $20, and several girls who liked it up the ass.

With some exceptions, my own experience is that BBFS and other VIP services are more likely to be available if you are a well-known customer with a good rep. Since I have been playing there for a long time a lot of the mamas remember me (and I probably inseminated them 25 or 30 years ago) so their girls will know what I expect.

Trip down memory lane! Used to be Bali Hi in Lynnwood near where the Tesla dealer is now that offered BBFS along with Anne's, VIP, Euro Touch. Bali Hi was my first spa experience and as I was leaving passed my next door neighbor who was going in, LOL. That neighbor told me of many places that offered BBFS.

O They primarily are working just for tips. Some parlors may give a small portion of the massage fee but others keep it for themselves and the girls work for tips.

O A reason they quit and move is because of the work hours. When they need a break, they quit, take some time off, and move to another place.

I've known a few of the ladies rather well over the years. While I never asked too much about it they did share a bit of information with me that may or may not be correct.

(1) I have never been clear who the real "owners" are, or if they even exist. All of the shops seem to have some schmuck listed as the owner who is on all of the legal documents, picks up the mail and drops it off, and signs a few random things each year. For that these people appear to be paid a very modest amount of money -- considering the risk. When I say "very modest" it seems like it was only a few thousand a month.

(2) Generally the girls get to keep their tips, and the mama, the "owner", and whomever else seems to be living off of the massage fees. That has always seemed weird to me because it seems like a lot of risk for not very much money.

(3) There is definitely a network that the girls tap into to look for work, and all shops have their own reputations. Funny story: about ten years ago I was at a Korean shop in Boise and mentioned that I visited VIP spa in Everett. The girl smiled and said, "so you don't want to use a condom?

(4) Girls switch jobs for three reasons: #1 is business is slow, #2 is shitty dealings with the mama or other girls, and #3 is shitty creepy customers they need to get away from.

(5) The girls really don't make that much money. And all of the Korean girls I knew were here legally and most were US citizens.

A couple of years ago I had an off-the-record conversation with someone in authority on this topic. He told me that he suspected that a lot of these "massage" businesses were actually fronts used to get money out of certain countries, most recently China. Since they are cashed-based businesses they could be used to launder dollars brought in from China while avoiding capital controls and taxes. I have no way of knowing if he is correct or not but it kind of fits with what I see.

Very interesting. I have a regular Chinese girl who has opened up to me quite a bit. She says she has a daughter and that her daughter lives with "uncle" in California. I always wonder if that's why she does the job.
