I've already said that its unfair and dishonest to cherry pick whenever it's convenient that it's an illegal biz, yet also try to compare it to "any business" when it suits an argument.

When the business is also an oligopoly, then that allows the business to have the upper hand. Also, when certain practices are known (e. G. , "tricking" customers with fake pictures, or Bling customers who don't follow their strict rules, unchanging), then customers shouldn't be surprised or start complaining about how these organizations are bad businesses and need to change. As has been pointed out, this is a free market, and customers do not have to use these bookers. If these agencies were not the best deal for the price, then hobbyists would be leaving and going to other sources. Instead, we are seeing an influx of new customers, who want to get in on this.

This is what happens when you go from "any business" to "secret exclusive club" mantra. Suddenly biz rules don't apply and there's fear of being kicked out.
