Just getting back into the gym after 2+ years. At this age I'm having to start slow and squats, fronts or backs are a long way from joining the routine. Any advice for hips? A weak spot on me.

Alright, here's some stupid shit which none of you fuckers care anything about -.

Yesterday I finished two straight months of barbell squatting every day. I did at least one rep at 90% of my 1 rep max every single day. If I felt good, I'd go up. At least once every week I'd test my 1 rep max. I'd swap between front squats and low-back squats every other day. Let me tell all of you stupid fuckers something. My front squat max went up dramatically. Of course my back squat went up quite a bit too, but I saw the biggest gain in my barbell front squat. My jump is better and I can sprint like a fuckin cheetah. And my clean / power clean / clean cluster is a lot more powerful.

Let me also tell you fuckers something. The muscles around my knees feel solid. Same with my hips. I'm much more flexible from squatting every day and the joints don't hurt. I'm very, very solid when I stand, walk or run. Some of you old fuckers might want to check into this.

So don't you fuckers piss me off, I'll kick all of your aging asses.

I've noticed, that in this thread, a senior member calls out someone, and then all of a sudden, four or five other senior members then chime in, and basically pile on the person being attacked. One person pushed back against Rolfdog, and then five other senior members now feel safe enough to start piling on.

It's like, when bullying another boy at school, after three other boys have him held down, next a fourth boy comes in and kicks the boy being bullied.
