Or maybe she found some other information on you just from info you disclosed in conversation. What is she claiming to have on you for blackmail? I'm guessing the statute of limitations for patronizing a prostitute is still just a year so it is not like you are facing a criminal issue. Probably best to try ignoring her and see if she goes away. If that doesn't work you might want to point out to her that blackmail is a felony in both state and federal courts and ask her if $300 is really worth it to her.
