Stopped by Zen last week after seeing the reviews. It's in a busy strip mall, nothing like the incognito Eco with entrance in the back. Had other things to do on the holiday so tofft and tried Coco who was available and only other Asian option. Big Mistake. Upcharges, lackluster service, lots of limitations on the service (no touch here, no touch there, etc). She said it was her first day there so if papasan says to try her, take a pass as it was a waste of time and $$.
