I visit MM very often. 90% of the time they are not busy. I sometimes go there in the morning. I usually go there at night. Never wait more than 5 minutes. Honestly, there is no best time. People say get there first thing in the morning but too many are caught up with that by now and best believe you'll be seeing a monger waiting in his car before you arrive.
