Using these metrics - $20 doesn't seem to be that big a deal in the scheme of things.

For me, all my issues are mental. I'm fit and forty, and sometimes it doesn't work. I can tell you that it's because I have done this so much that there is nothing new under the sun, and what I value most is sensuality and the perception of a connection.
