I am a FS sort of guy myself, so tend to stay away from the MP scene, but for someone looking for a massage and a BJ, this is honestly great advice. Will probably enjoy both parts better since you are seeing someone who is a pro at each rather than someone who is ok at both and save money on top of it all.

Sadly, this may be a death spiral. They fired half the staff shortly after doubling the massage rooms (not an inexpensive investment), and those women are not coming back. That has left them scrambling to fill the roster. The tip happy bullshit seems to be the trend with the new girls, not good. And even if the owner may not like it, unless it stops the business will not go well. I hope they right this ship before it sinks, because this has been a solid parlor for a long time, and there are still several good gals on staff.

While I agree with the strategy that LtL suggests, you can do this much more simply. Call ahead and request someone you know is good. If none are available, take a 30 minute with someone new. Do not take the luck of the draw on a walk in. And don't mention a tip or negotiate, just enjoy the massage and the girl. Treat her with respect and chat her up. If she gets comfortable and fun in the end, then give her a normal tip ($40 for a half hour, $60 for an hour, more if the experience merits it), and be sure to repeat with her again. If not and she plays the shitty tip crazy crap, simply decline and tell her you don't discuss money during session for both of your legal protection, plus it is tacky and ruins the mood of the relaxing massage she has been giving. See how she reacts. This recovery has worked for me a couple times, where I was able to coach a newbie away from the dark side and salvage a decent session (rare but it can happen). If she gets more shitty, then just bag it and leave, no tip at all. You're only out $50. Either way, post a review so the good or bad behavior in session results in the appropriate feedback to the girl, shop, and the community. That's my humble advice.

Once they see you're willing to do it yourself, negotiating usually ends. They can see their tip shriveling up with their attitude. DYI has worked for me 90% of the time, eventually they lend a hand to salvage a tip especially if they don't get a good split with the parlor on the door fee.

Athena, eve, nikki and mya during the evenings. Madison, Raven and Amyna at varied times. So, I've never had a challenge scheduling someone there. There are 11 providers by my count. All are top notch and all offer something special. So. Whether it's my first choice. Or my eleventh. I'm in for a treat.

While my current obsession may have limited availability, the other options are more than viable. They are fantastic. And I'm in awe of the collection of talent.

Brit has assembled a diverse and stellar crew. And her business acumen helps to keep them safe and protected. She is the brains and the beauty behind the scenes who artfully assembles this incredible bevy. And she is smart enough to not be threatened by a new girl gathering more attention and appointments. She knows the new girl is building their collective business. And she knows that a staff that is happy and fairly compensated is her greatest asset. Brit is truly a genius. Gene makes a compelling point. With an option like BbU, why bother? In the past, Panacea was cheap and easy. They had a strong staff, and an hour only cost $120. So you could drop in whenever. Now with the higher rates and half as many quality gals, it's not such a great option. The one challenge at BbU is they are a small shop, and the girls have limited availability, so you need to plan ahead. They are the gold standard.

I agree Sweet Meagan not so sweet I reviewed awhile ago too and she blew up my phone telling me to take my money and shove it up my ass. There are a lot of better choices out there. I've heard her described as a "granny", and I agree. She needs to get out of this game. I won't go into specifics, since I know she reads this site, and hates it.

I agree, you can go either LtL's route or mine, and you will land in the same spot. While the LtL approach is to open by announcing your stand on tipping at the start, I'd rather just never talk money. If she brings it up, shut it down quick and simple ("I don't talk money during the session ") One other important part of my suggestion is, if you go to Panacea then see someone you know is good, or be prepared to deal with some bullshit.
