The airline industry. Name me another industry that sells a perishable product at increasing prices the closer it gets to the expiration date. But I digress, poor service deserves a poor review, you don't like poor reviews, then up your game and provide better service.

Airlines don't go about.

- berating clients on social media and on their web pages.

- try to prove how smart they are and how dumb clients are.

- how their safety is so important that clients should provide all PII and go thru invasive checks.

Who TF cares what Jeannee thinks? Monger's experience is what matters here as long as that is true to the point and I have no reason to believe its not.
