These are some tips:

Forehead wrinkles = over 45.

Hair is thick shiny black lustrous = under 35.

Hair colored, thin, or just not as above = over 45.

Grey hair roots = over 50.

Eyes are puffy around = over 45.

Eyes are tight and not puffy with no wrinkles = under 45.

Hands look very healthy and smooth = under 45.

Hands are look like thin skin or spots = over 45.

Looking at the body can be very misleading and in general Chinese women tend to look 10 years younger than Western women.
