Never use a picture of yourself on SA that can be linked back to your Facebook or Instagram or any other social media. Always make it a unique photo.

The best bte is to use a picture that isn't you. Either search for a lookalike on a site like pimeyes, or, if you don't want to pay the subscription fee, just find a similar match on Google. You can hide your real pictures in private photos if you're attractive and think it might get you a freebie or a reduced rate. If you're looking for something purely transactional with a semi-pro, then you don't need any real pictures at all. If you have good social IQ, you should be able to tell the difference between the girls with whom you can trust real photos and those with whom you can't. Personally, I use a real picture of myself taken from behind in Muir Woods when it was foggy. It gives the girls a sense of my height and physique without revealing my face, and the fog and background makes it mysterious. Then I'll share my face pictures with profiles I trust.

If you've got something to lose, either your job or relationship, don't use a real pic of yourself. Find one off the internet that is representative and won't make your SB think you catfished her. You could also try obscuring your real pic with a filter but your wife might still be able to tell it's you.
