This is because of the price of gas and groceries, you'll start seeing really normal sane girls out in the north loop because of the economy, in the 90's you could tell the week of the month by how many girls were out, 3rd week of the month and welfare is already spent, and I'm not talking the crackheads that are always there, young moms paying bills, they like regulars so the don't have to walk, work out a price and call them, don't make them walk, they aren't as sketchy as the regulars and some I've befriended, two I used to know don't even drink they keep alert, it's refreshing instead of letting female (hopefully) mayhem into your car.

Back in the day when I cruised the north side I would regularly hit up this section of Center & there was a 50% chance of spotting SWs.

Everyone loves a bargain. But these two are a stretch. Hygiene and being high during sessions are sore spots. Keep on looking.
